Today (8/25/2010), I'm thinking about quality of life. We moved here because we wanted to simplify our lives and get away from city conditions. So we sold our large home (kids moved out!), had a lot of garage sales, and moved to a comfortable townhome on the water.  Yup, we get a lot of nature here, from birds to dolphins off my deck, to deer and coyote on the road to the National Seashore Park. The parade of nature never changes- this morning, the ladyfish were swarming off my dock, which means the trout will be coming soon for great fishing. Island home prices range from 140,000 up, and condos can be had for less. You can put yourself here if you really want to! Come, enjoy!
